Vince is currently a Lending Officer with the New Mexico Finance Authority servicing low interest loans and grants to New Mexico governmental entities. He is retired from New Mexico classified service, and has worked for several state agencies during his 25 year career with New Mexico state government. Vince held several positions in the financial management arena to include accounting, auditing, budgeting and grants management. Vince is a member of the New Mexico Chapter and has held positions as President-Elect, Chapter Treasurer, Chapter Certification Chair, Southwest Regional Accountability Chair and Southwest Regional Vice President. He has been a member of AGA since 1999.
Vince received his Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Economics and Management from New Mexico State University. He earned his Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the College of Santa Fe. Vince attained his Certified Government Financial Manager designation in October 2005.
